This session, and this couple, are especially important to me…the bride is my best friend! We have known each other since 8th grade, went to college together, and she was the maid of honor in my wedding. I am so excited and honored that Lindy and her fiancé Jim chose me to photograph their big day this coming October. They weren’t planning on doing an engagement session, but when they realized all of the benefits of engagement sessions they decided that downtown Omaha was the perfect location. They live near the Gene Leahy Mall in downtown Omaha Nebraska, and have spent a lot of time enjoying long walks there throughout their relationship. It’s the perfect oasis in the middle of downtown, and we had a wonderful evening full of laughs! The thing about photographing your best friend is that you know when they are happy…and boy does Jim make Lindy happy!! Watching him make her laugh was probably my favorite thing about this engagement session 🙂
