Brandon & Anne | Snowy Spring Kansas City Wedding

May 31, 2019

When Brandon & Anne decided to have a wedding in April, they didn’t ever dream it would snow. But we live in the Midwest, and sometimes the weather has a mind of it’s own! But these two didn’t even bat an eye…they were ready to embrace the day, enjoy each moment with each other, and even get a few photos in the snow!

The day started out with the two getting ready with their closest friends by their sides. We all met at Union Station so Brandon & Anne could have their first look, portraits together, and wedding party shots. Union Station could not have been a more beautiful backdrop for this classy wedding party in their black and white attire, and with the beautiful creamy light coming through the big windows their photos are stunning! After wrapping up portraits, we headed to Pilgrim Chapel for the couple’s sweet ceremony. When the couple told me they really wanted photos in the crazy snow I was all about it! So on our way to their reception at The Historic Stanley Event Space these two snuggled up and enjoyed the weather for a few more portraits. The reception got started with some amazing toasts, and the night some concluded with some pretty amazing dancing! These two are so sweet and such a joy to work with each step of the way; I wish them the best in their life together <3
