Jared & Michaela picked one of my favorite venues for their wedding day; Belvoir Winery & Inn! This lovely couple started their day getting ready in the bridal and groom suites; I would photograph brides getting ready in this kind of lovely light any day!! After they were totally ready, they had their first look outside in front of this historic building. Soon after the bridal party joined us, and let me tell you, this was a good looking and fun group!! After we did all the portraits for the day, Jared and Michaela took a few minutes apart to collect themselves before Michaela walked down the very long aisle, with her father by her side. Their ceremony was sweet and touching, and after they walked back up the aisle we celebrated with a bit of champagne (though maybe in a bit of an untraditional way). Next was the grand entrance, toasts, dances, and party time with a side of popcorn!! Jared & Michaela love to two-step, and so do a lot of their friends; it made for one heck of a party!
I was so honored to be a part of Jared & Michaela’s day. This couple is so sweet and fun; they were up for whatever I threw at them. I think my favorite images of the day are the few we took after the ceremony. I think these not only show how much fun these two have but also the intimacy they share. Jared and Michaela were such a joy to work with every single step of the way <3
