JR & April approached me because they had a few reasons to have photos taken…the biggest of which, was that they were pregnant and wanted a few photos to announce that pregnancy to the world!  One of their other reasons was they were moving from Kansas City to Texas (talk about all sorts of big changes at the same time) and so we chose The Nelson-Atkins Museum for an iconic KC location.  Their session was all about celebrating the two of them and their life at this moment before they add a new member to their family.  April was barely showing, but we got to show off that baby-bump just a bit during their session!  We got some balloons (specifically for their announcement) and finished off the session with some confetti because…why not, it’s a celebration!

 

 

April is due in October, which is coming up so soon!!  She is seriously the cutest, and I know their little girl is going to be the most adorable little one in Texas!  I’m just hoping they make a trip back to KC so I can meet her <3
