It has been so fun to get back to shooting after such a long hiatus! And what a sweet summer engagement session to start with! Shawnee Mission Park has been one of my favorite locations for years, mostly because there are just so many amazing little spots that two sessions there can look completely different!

For Neil and Kelsey, they love this park because the like to drive around the lake on Neil’s motorcycle. I knew we had to include the park, the lake, and that awesome bike in their session! It was such a joy to spend a beautiful summer evening by the lake with these two!!

I can’t wait for Neil & Kelsey’s wedding at The Madrid Theatre…I hear there might even be some aerialists from Kansas City Aerial Arts performing!!
