Jason & Amelia loved the look of Gadsby and decided to have a roaring 20’s themed wedding; headbands, sparkly gowns, and gold details galore! Even their guests joined in on the fun and dressed for the theme! Their wedding day began as they got ready in the bride’s room and groom’s room at The Bowery! After hair, make-up, and getting dressed they had a private first look and a few special moments alone together before we started in on portraits of the bridal party. After we’d finished those, we had some time for portraits of the two of them. This is one of my favorite parts of the day because the couple gets just a bit of alone time to enjoy each other while I create artwork to document this special day!
Their ceremony was short but oh so sweet and beautiful. They had a custom box made with their names and wedding date made so they could put a bottle of wine and letters to each other in it. They nailed it up during the ceremony with the plan to open it on an anniversary; it was such a sweet idea! Then it was time to party!! Everyone had a drink in their custom themed Old Fashioned glass, the couple cut the cake, and then danced the night away. A little party never killed nobody!!
