Kristian & Meghan met because of a glitch.  Meghan had just signed up for E-Harmony, and Kristian had just moved to the area…but the catch is, that they shouldn’t have been matched!  There was a glitch, they were matched anyway, and the rest was history!!

I asked the two of them a few questions, and I have to share their adorable answers with you!!

 

What is your favorite memory from when you first started dating?

Kristian – On our 2nd date, when Meghan walked in to La Bodega I was glad I had gotten there early and had a few drinks, she was really hot and I instantly got nervous but the alcohol kept me smooth.

Meghan – A few months in to dating I got really sick with a nasty bug and Kristian came over with every sort of cure in the book. It was so sweet how much thought he put in to gathering it all and since we didn’t know each other that well yet he went out of his way to cover all the basics: traditional medicine, homeopathic, ice cream, soups, teas, throat drops, you name it.

 

What was the moment in which you know he/she was the one?

Kristian – There wasn’t really a defining moment, I just loved being next to Meghan and holding her in my arms.

Meghan – That’s definitely how I fell in love! I loved laying in his arms, his peaceful energy just calmed me entirely.

 

How did he propose?

Meghan – We do fun, random activities like go carting and putt putt and one weekend Kristian asked me to go horseback riding. I didn’t think anything of it. He waited until the very end of the ride then asked the barn manager to take photos of us together while I was still on the horse. He popped the question and we have the whole thing filmed!

 

Kristian & Meghan’s wedding took place at Belvoir Winery in May of this year.  They spent the entire day at this beautiful location, which was very easy for them and their guests.  They had black sequin dresses with gold and pink accents.  Though the day started out a bit gloomy, but by the time their ceremony happened it became a beautiful sunny afternoon.  As the evening went on, they had one heck of a dance party!  The night ended with an amazing sparkler exit!
